Meeting new people and prose are what WUSA9 Morning Anchor Mike Hydeck enjoys most about journalism.
Mike was inspired to get into the business after meeting former network news anchor Tom Brokaw.
Mike joined WUSA9 in October 2010. He's been an anchor and reporter in Hartford, Boston, Asheville, North Carolina, and in Bristol, Virginia.
A married father of two Mike enjoys renovating his home, running, playing guitar and reading biographies.
